On the Thursday 29 of October we were in the 2nd table Ermua Mugi!
As we explained in a previous post we´re working as "different" within Hibrilaldiak's processes.
On this phase we were listening and compiling ideas of everyone connected to EM! and of people related to the project. We had to tune to see what actions or devices we could perform to achieve the proposed challenges:
"Desviejunizar" Ermua Mugi, to be associated with more people, non only older people.
Spread the message of adopt active lifestyles.
Configure the urban as a sport place.
All ideas and proposals were collected in pad/documento colaborativo, leaving a bank of ideas for future revisions.
During 2nd table we approve unanimously to make the action "Mapear ErmuaMugi!" which will be a mapping of public spaces of Ermua made by their young people.
They will map places related with the 3 axes of their strategy: emotional health, physical exercise and healthy food.
We´re working the proposal on this pad.
This map will serve to indicate customs and practices that are exercised in Ermua as "healthy" city in a broad sense. With this map we will be better able to design events that involve and motivate young ermuarras. It can also help to design the space of the city around its uses, and thus respond to certain needs.
We leave you some pictures of Ermua we have done under the 3 axes of action ErmuaMugi!

Montenoso
Montenoso (the land is ours) is a project that was born in Summerlab 2012 in Alg-a Lab, Valadares, Vigo, in which we collaborate as RuralC with other collectives and associations, working in an openly and transparent way, with pads, trellos and regular meetings at Mumble. A project that aims to visualize the MVMC (Lands of Neighbors in Common Ownership) in Galicia. The MVMC in Galicia represent a type of ownership and management of property, that breaks the classic public / private dichotomy. The specifics of these lands is determined by the fact that the property goes to the residents who daily live in that territory. This form of commons affects more than 640,000 hectares, 33% of Galicia.
The objectives of this project are:
- Giving visibility to communal lands and communities that manage them.
- Supporting the (re) appropriation of these lands by the neighbors to guarantee the sustainability of the territories.
- Encouraging community members to be participants in the multifunctionality of lands and its revaluation.
- Learning from their genesis and management mechanisms.
To reach them we are developing three devices:
1) LAR: research space about commons and related topics.
2) Cartography that visualizes each MVMC with its contents.
3) An Intervention program.
During these 10 months we have worked in various groups: internal coordination, funding, LAR, Communication, Design (creation of logos, images, pictograms, ...).
Through the site www.montenoso.net you can follow our publications and see more deeply the project.
