On the 17 of December 2015 we were presenting our experience in Hibrilaldiak process with Ermua Mugi! (EM!) at headquarters of Donostia2016, with other 5 projects:

Algaraklown + Economistas sin fronteras,
Bagera Donostiako Euskalzaleen Elkartea + Bigara,
Ermua Mugi! + FurAlleFalle,
Hasiera + Zaramari,
Ikasteam + Vivero de iniciativas ciudadanas,
Osakidetza OSI EEC + AATOMIC LAB

In our presentation we showed the following PDF:

Learning:

1 - Find and define what are the profiles who we will lead with our proposal.
2 - Be clear we must make a prototype that can be replicated and scaled openly.
3 - Further pressure. Don´t try to change structural things, but to raise devices or actions that fit the existing dynamics.

Up to now, so far we have achieved:

1 - We have made a number of concrete proposals as a bank of ideas to boost EM!
in https://titanpad.com/ermuamugi
2 - We have made a Young Map of ErmuaMugi!
This mapping has connected this group of young people with dynamics of Ermua Mugi!, valuing habits related to EM! and becoming aware of the places and healthy activities they are already practicing.
3 - We have connected youth from Ermua with strategy of ErmuaMugi! and their three axes, encouraging them to propose activities and events.
We think they've understood that ErmuaMugi! are they in every daily walk.
4 - In addition, San Pelayo school in Ermua, with which we have worked, will be part of next Hibrilaldiak.

We leave you some photos of that day via Conexiones Improbables:
